Terms and conditions

1. Scope. These terms govern the use of the Factura, Classeur, FormBuild and Agenda apps offered by Yakalelo.

2. Plans. Each app is offered as a limited free plan and as paid plans (Basic, Premium, Gold Business). What each plan includes is described on the Pricing page.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in Swiss francs. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through the stated payment provider.

4. Term and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Data remains accessible on the free plan.

5. Data. The customer remains the owner of their data and is responsible for its accuracy and for any additional backups.

6. Availability. We do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it at all times.

7. Liability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last twelve months, except for gross negligence or intent.
